Service Credits & Usage
Each subscription tier includes a monthly service credit that can be applied toward outbound messages, emails, review requests, payment links, and other communication features.

Any usage beyond the included monthly credits will be billed at our standard rates.

Usage charges are non-refundable. If you cancel your subscription during the refund period, your subscription fee may be refunded (per our Refund Policy), but you will remain responsible for any usage charges incurred during your time of access.

Refund Policy: We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee on new purchases. Refund requests must be submitted within 14 days of purchase to [email protected]. After this period, all payments are non-refundable.
